View of a large wooden themometer-style funding indicator, mounted to brick wall and windows of the Parish Hall. Man in poncho stands in front, back to camera. Indicator is between 4500 and 5000. £10,000 indicated as goal at top, written on ribbon across wreath draped over a cross. Taken in portrait orientation. The top of the photo has been cut so that the cross emerges from top of photo. Notes in pen and pencil on reverse, including "Villager" and also "PINNER PRESS" written above purple stamp "A/PE5784".
