Description
Black and white photographic print showing the National Shrine of St Philomena, St Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Pinner. Wooden shrine with the figure of St Philomena holding a palm with an anchor affixed to her gown, on a a raised plinth. The wooden screen on the back of the shrine has writing thanking the parishoners of Pinner, and the saint's name. Flowers in a vase sit at the base of the plinth. The entire shrine is fit into a corner of the room, with a wooden railing around it. Notes in pen and pencil on back. Photograph label with "EALING" crossed out and "Ux" written in, along with print information, affixed to back.
