DescriptionReproduction of a pen and ink sketch showing Harrow pupils practicing at the nets before the Eton and Harrow cricket match at Lords. View shows pupils playing in nets in cricket whites, watched by other pupils in school uniform. St Mary's Church is prominent on hill behind them, alongside other school buildings. Artist signature and date recorded bottom right: 'Herbert Marshall 1897'. Later annotation reads: 'p.221'.
