View looking up Church Lane, with Chestnut Cottage on right and south side of church visible straight ahead. Printed in white on image: "PINNER -PARISH CHURCH". Reverse split into two halves for correspondence and address, with designated place for stamp. Postcard used, sent to Mrs Humphreys, Forest Gate. No message. George V Halfpenny stamp, franked 4 September 1915. Brand on left: "SARGEANT BROS. WEST DRAYTON." Later notes in pencil on reverse.
