Description
Vacuum cleaner. Sheet metal tube with wood nozzle and handle, and 6 holes pierced in metal at handle end. Non-electric, unscrews towards nozzle end, tube tapers to nozzle. Metalwork painted dark brown-red and printed with Union Jack and US flags; "Everybody's Vacuum Cleaner"; "It gets the dust"; "Trade Mark Patented February 25, 1913"; "Manufactured by Everybody's Vacuum Cleaner Co. London"; "Made in USA".
Comments
This vacuum was obtained from the Hoover factory at Perivale when a small collection of old vacuum cleaners kept there was dispersed.
