Black and white photographic postcard showing Harris & Son, 9 The Parade (Bridge Street), Pinner. View of shopfront of Harris & Son wine merchants. Engraved sign above entrance, with two large window displays of crates of wine and spirits flanking open front door. White printed text over pavement at bottom of image: "THE PARADE, PINNER". White border around image. Reverse split into two halves for correspondence and address, with designated place for stamp. No brand. Unused. Notes in pen and pencil on reverse.
Comments
This building still exists - it is one of several similar fronts on the corner of Bridge Street and Love Lane. Most likely, it was located at modern No. 22/22a Bridge Street.
